i kinda stopped exercising while i was on my period …. wasnt feeling up for it , but its over now so im back on track , just went jogging .. wasnt much , ran about 1.5 km , but its better then doing nothing . making my running schedule up for summer . i dont even really care about the number on the scale , cause tbh i weight 165 pounds and no one believes me , i get guesses between the 130’s-140’s .. so even if i do get down to those numbers ill look way skinnier then i really am , so i figure i might as well just work on getting toned and judging my contentment with how i see myself and how loosely my clothes fit . thats much easier to face then a disappointing number .
motivating … had a terrible last few days . needed this

Both glasses are 16 oz (2 cup) glasses. The glass on the right is 100 calories of regular Coca-Cola, and the glass on the right is the sugar that the 100 calories of soda contains.
this is enough to get me to stop drinking sodas …
